In which countries can products be purchased online?
Permesso products can be purchased online in Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Rep., Ireland, Romania, Sweden and Switzerland.
Is registration required to make a purchase?
Yes, registration is required. Once registered, purchases can be made and personal data can be changed.
How do I recover my forgotten password?
Your password can be retrieved in the “Login” section by clicking on “Forgot your password?” Your password will be sent to your e-mail address.
Can I change my password?
Yes, you can change your password within your personal area, under “My Data”

How do I add an item to the basket?
Click on the item you want to buy, select the size and click “Add to Cart” so that the item is added to your shopping cart.
Can I remove an item from my shopping cart?
Yes. From the shopping cart you can delete the items you do not want up until the order has been processed.
How do I place an order?
1 - Add the item(s) you want to buy to the shopping cart.
2 - Go to the shopping basket by clicking on the basket icon, located at the top right.
3 - Click “Process Order” to complete the personal data, shipping address and payment method.
4 - Click “Confirm order” to make the payment and finish the purchase process.
What payment methods can I use to place my order?
You can pay for your order with a card, through the secure payment platform, with PayPal or cash on delivery (this payment method entails an additional cost and is only available for deliveries within Spain).
How much is the delivery cost?
There are no delivery costs for orders delivered in Europe (except for cash-on-delivery orders).
How many days does the order take to arrive?
For deliveries in Spain and the Balearic Islands, orders will be received in 24-48 business days from the order confirmation.
For the Canary Islands and the rest of Europe, orders will be received in 3-5 business days from the order confirmation.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you can cancel an order up until it has entered the packaging and delivery process. You can request cancellation by contacting the Customer Service department at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone +34 965 374 369.
Can I return items?
Yes, you can request the return of your order by following these instructions:
1- MARK THE DELIVERY NOTE: Mark the products to be returned on the delivery note received with the package.
2- PACKAGING: Place the product to be returned into its original box with the delivery note. Close the box and attach the return label received with the package in a visible place.
3- REQUEST COLLECTION: Make the collection request to the transport agency (the number can be found on the delivery note).
*In deliveries made at UPS Access Points, the return must be made directly at the same point, without requesting collection from the transport agency.
What is the deadline for the return?
The return period is 14 calendar days from the delivery date of your order.
Is there a cost to make a change or return?
In Spain the return cost is free. For the rest of Europe, the return will incur a cost of €10 for the buyer, unless the return is made due to a defective product.
How is the order refunded or returned?
The refund will be made within the 14 calendar days following the date on which the return is requested, using the same payment method with which the order was paid for. If payment is made by cash, the refund will be made to the bank account indicated by the buyer.
